Goat Milk Cheese !

Click the link for the recipe I used for these cheeses. ***coming soon***I am anxious to continue to try new recipes but so often I resort back to my favorite Mozzarella. My cheese cave is simply a small wine cooler. It worked well to keep the cheese at the right temperature.
Mozzarella & Ricotta
My Favorite! Mozzarella! It's quick and easy and tastes great! Then I make ricotta from the leftover whey! Mozzarella recipe Ricotta recipe
FarmHouse Cheddar
Farmhouse Cheddar This is a very good cheese! It took a long time to age before I knew if it was worth the effort. I could have maybe aged it less than 6 months and it wouldn't have been quite as sharp. It is excellent on crackers.
Swiss
Swiss. This was ALOT of work! A very long time stirring and waiting! Two days on the stove, then 6 months in the cheese cave. It is very very good though!
